Machine Usage:
PCI (post curing inflator) is used for inflating, shaping, cooling the cured tires, to prevent tire distorting. The PCI is with two-layer arrangement and 4 working stations, can inflate and cool four tires at the same time of respectively, matching with the curing presses. This device is composed of frame, upper chuck, upper base, lower base. Frame is welded by steel plate. Upper and lower chucks are used for clamping tires to be inflated and cooled. Upper chuck is fixed on upper base by presser, lower chuck is fixed on lower base. Upper base is fixed on frame, when inflate tires, air enters through inside hole of upper base. Lower base is pushed by lift air cylinder equipped on the frame. When inflate tires with different specification, the user can adjust interval between two chucks by adjusting nut.
