This four roller calender mainly consist of machine base, machine frame, rollers, roller bearings assembly, roller adjusting device, transmission device, cooling device, safety brake device, motor and speed reducer device, electrical control system etc.
1.Whole steel cast base and frame.
2. Chilled cast rollers with 68-72HSD hardness.
3. Bearing type bushing contains cast steel housing and high strength bearing at inside.
4. Magnetic plug brake device.
5. Movable& non-movable stop guide are both available.
6. Hard tooth gear reducer with forced recycled spray lubrication type & high transmission efficiency.
7. Overload protection device is equipped to avoid machine damage.
8. Automatic hydraulic stock blender is optional as per your request.

2. The wires' connection from control box to operation box is finished before delivery. The user only needs to connect the outside wire to the controlling box.
3. Each machine is tested running with load at our factory before delivery to guarantee each parts working well.

5. Custom clear documents required in destination port, such as B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, insurance policy, C/O will be supplied once upon the delivery.
